I can't find any helpful specs online about the card, but looking at it and it's desktop counterpart I would say you should be fine running the game. What matters here though isn't just the card, you'll need at least 4 gigs of ram, and a Core 2 Duo or equivalent to even run this game. I can run the demo on my laptop on lower graphics settings, and it's 2.5 years old.
However, do as the Gentleman said and try the demo. Do not base the gameplay experience on the demo though, it was pretty awful to be honest. The navel battle was fun, but the land battle wasn't well balanced and the demo didn't really feature what I like most about this game, and thats building a custom army that's actually capable of some real destruction. Use it as a graphics test mainly.
